Welcome
to The Reading and District Irish Association website.
The association
has been serving the needs of the Irish community
since 1986. Based in Chatham Street, Reading, we are
ideally located at the heart of the town, and pride
ourselves in providing a first class resource for
the large Irish population of Reading and the surrounding
areas.
The centre
boasts a large public bar area and a function room
which has over the years hosted numerous events and
functions and we're never short of action and events
to keep you entertained.
Please
take time to visit the site of our partner charity,
The Hibernian
Society is a charity which was set up to address
the needs of the elderly Irish community.
To
get a real taste of great Irish music remember to
tune into The Irish Eye programme on BBC Radio Berkshire
